Yesterday was my 3rd massage with Malila (lower back problem) and I was again very impressed. She did things slightly differently from before in how exactly and where she used her hands and the hot stones. Just like the previous times, I felt fantastic afterwards. I have found over the last couple of months that with my own daily stretching routine and regular massage my previous day to day pain has almost completely gone.

Today was my first ever Swedish massage. I decided to go due to getting frequent tension in my neck, shoulder and lower back. After an hour I felt so relaxed, with the stiffness and tension gone. Malila is very qualified in the different massage therapies, showing her qualifications on the wall, and is very professional and caring in what she does. I plan to go again. Mark
